About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and positively impact customers and team members. The Store Manager maintains daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruits and selects team members. The role also manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and handles other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to use basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
