About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ achievement of standards to attain sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The role also includes achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L, following and enforcing Company policies and procedures, and performing other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
