About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store sales and operations while delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role focuses on maintaining individual and team performance standards to achieve sales and profit projections, creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, and developing team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation. The Store Manager also recruits and selects team members, manages the profit and loss statement to achieve profit margin goals, enforces company policies and procedures, and performs other operational and strategic duties.

The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within. The position offers base pay plus sales commission and a range of benefits and rewards.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
