About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards achievement in order to attain sales and profit projections. The role contributes to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and participates in recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also follows and enforces Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career development.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
