About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and sales while contributing to a strong customer experience. The role focuses on achieving individual and team performance standards, sales and profit projections, and profit margin goals through P&L management. The Store Manager develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, recruits and selects team members, and ensures Company policies and procedures are followed. The position also includes other operational and strategic duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience; experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
