About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store sales and operations while delivering a superior customer experience. The role focuses on achieving individual and team performance standards, sales and profit projections, and profit-margin goals through management of the store’s P&L. The Store Manager develops team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruits and selects team members. The role also includes enforcing company policies and procedures and carrying out other operational and strategic duties.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members’ achievement of standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Achieve profit-margin goals by managing the P&L.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
