About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role focuses on achieving sales and profit projections, maintaining team standards, developing team members’ skills and product knowledge, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Store Manager also manages the P&L to meet profit margin goals, follows and enforces company policies and procedures, and handles other operational and strategic duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.
Requirements
- At least one year of retail management experience.
- Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and using basic computer software and hardware.
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
- Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Retail management experience with a jeweler or specialty retailer is preferred.
