About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Conway, South Carolina. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily store operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service to build lasting customer relationships. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and holding staff accountable, promoting employee development, and supporting customer satisfaction and store profitability. The manager also plans and tracks budget forecasting models and contributes ideas that support business growth and improvement. The position offers a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms, with earnings of up to $100,000 per year. Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Self-motivated, with strong sales skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Professional presentation.
