About The Position
Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and support the team. The role serves as Manager on Duty, delivers positive sales performance, and helps train and coach employees on company policies and procedures. The Store Manager represents the Clarks brand, follows loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, creates a visually compelling store environment, and fosters a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Retail experience and prior management experience are required.
