About The Position

Clarks is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and support the team. The role serves as Manager on Duty, helps deliver positive sales performance, trains and coaches employees on policies and procedures, represents the Clarks brand, and supports loss prevention, store presentation, and a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position has physical requirements including extended periods of standing, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Retail experience.
Prior management experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.
Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
