About The Position

Clarks is hiring a Store Manager to lead store operations and help deliver positive sales performance. The Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty, supports employee training and coaching on company policies and procedures, represents the Clarks brand, follows loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, creates a visually compelling store environment, and helps maintain a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The role requires retail and prior management experience, along with the ability to meet the stated physical demands.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.
Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
