About The Position

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and support a positive, productive environment for colleagues. The Store Manager serves as Manager on Duty, delivers sales performance, trains and coaches employees, represents the Clarks brand, follows loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, and maintains a visually compelling store environment. The role requires retail experience and prior management experience. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store.
Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
