About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Davie, Florida. The Store Manager leads the store, maintains a positive customer and employee experience, and keeps daily operations running smoothly while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role involves hiring and training team members, coaching and holding staff accountable, supporting employee development, and using tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. The manager also plans and tracks budget forecasting models and contributes ideas that support innovation and business growth. Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent sales, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Professional presentation, organization, and attention to detail.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
