About The Position

As a Store Manager at LOFT, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in the store and drive a profitable business through customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. You will coach the team to reach its potential and help ensure a welcoming experience for customers and associates. The role also involves managing daily store operations, including opening and closing, and overseeing store profitability, budgeting, and payroll.
