About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You will receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside. You will monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time, while helping keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Colleagues prepare the store for success by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions. They receive and tag merchandise, organize the stockroom, assist customers, fulfill orders, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, and organize the stockroom at the end of the day. Teamwork, hospitality, attention to detail, and operational excellence contribute to customer satisfaction and store results.
