Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Hamilton
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; and monitor alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and assist customers through warm greetings, issue resolution, and careful curbside delivery. The role combines operational support with customer service and selling. Colleagues receive and tag merchandise, organize the stockroom, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They fulfill orders, help customers, share Loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, and collaborate with teammates to prepare the store for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities

- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work toward sales goals.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
