You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time; and help keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. They assist customers, fulfill orders accurately and on time, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality.
