As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; monitor alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves direct customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues support a shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and helping with merchandise moves. They work collaboratively, focus on customer service and sales goals, share Loyalty program benefits, and organize the stockroom and complete orders to prepare for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with dependable attendance and punctuality. Physical activities include talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. The position also involves frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
