Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Manhasset
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Work includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and helping keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, listening and resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and collaborate with teammates to support customer satisfaction and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Deliver orders curbside and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support customers, achieve sales goals, and improve store results.
