About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, make personalized recommendations, connect customers with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The role centers on customer engagement and selling, rather than cashiering alone, and also includes maintaining a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. Throughout the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, provide attentive service through checkout, and collaborate with teammates to improve customer and store results. This is a part-time position. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week; actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. All schedules include weekend shifts.
