Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Loveland Shops at Centerra
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time; and helping keep the stockroom and sales floor efficient. The role also involves greeting customers, listening and responding to their needs, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Meet daily sales goal challenges.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage, monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers, listening to their needs, and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty-program benefits and help customers complete their shopping experience.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
