About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store, including leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve sales and KPI targets. The role involves fostering a positive and inclusive culture and supporting long-term business growth in line with the company vision, core values, policies, and procedures. The position is full-time and hourly paid, with a wage range of $24.00–$29.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyze, and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including executing visual merchandising directives and meeting visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
