About The Position

The Store Manager is ultimately responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store. This includes creating a positive, inclusive culture and leading, managing, and developing store team members to achieve sales and KPI targets. The Store Manager is also responsible for supporting long-term business growth in line with the company vision, core values, policies, and procedures. Cotton On Kids offers baby, kids, and tween fashion ranges and gift solutions designed for families. Cotton On describes its purpose as making a positive difference in people’s lives and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze business results and drive sales, stock, and service delivery.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices and ability to execute visual merchandising directives and standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, to meet business needs.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
