Part Time Key Holder - Cotton On Kids Town East Mall
About The Position
The Key Holder is a part-time hourly paid retail leadership role at Cotton On Kids in Town East Mall. As part of the store’s management team, the Key Holder helps lead the team, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily store operations. The role includes opening and closing the store, processing sales, maintaining inventory and merchandising, upholding cleanliness and safety, supporting loss prevention, and training and mentoring associates. The Key Holder is expected to collaborate professionally with customers, managers, peers, and store teams, and to help motivate others toward shared goals. Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
- Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
- Ability to regularly and safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
