About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Willowbrook Mall location in Houston. The Key Holder opens and closes the store according to company procedures and leads the store team as part of management. The role supports customers and store operations, including sales transactions, inventory, merchandising, store cleanliness and safety, and loss prevention. The Key Holder also helps train and mentor associates and contributes to a professional, collaborative, respectful, and motivating store environment.

The position is hourly paid, part time, and has a stated wage range of $12.50–$15.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to regularly and safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
