About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its Lehigh Valley Mall store. The Key Holder is part of store management and helps lead the store team while delivering a positive customer experience. The role includes opening and closing the store, supporting day-to-day operations, and helping maintain store standards. Candidates should have retail experience, preferably in fast fashion, and prior retail leadership or management experience. This is a part-time hourly position paying $17.00–$20.00 per hour. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
