Part Time Key Holder - Cotton On Body Baybrook Mall
About The Position
Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder for Cotton On Body at Baybrook Mall. The role is part of store management and includes opening and closing the store, leading team members, delivering customer service, and supporting daily store operations. The Key Holder helps maintain inventory, merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention, and trains and mentors associates as needed. The position is hourly paid, with a wage range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. The schedule is flexible to meet business needs and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience, including opportunities to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.
- Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
- Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
