About The Position

Cotton On Body is hiring a part-time Key Holder at Washington Square. The Key Holder leads the store team as part of management and helps deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role includes opening and closing the store, processing sales, supporting inventory and merchandising, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and assisting with loss prevention. The Key Holder also helps train and mentor associates and works collaboratively to support store goals.

This is a part-time, hourly-paid position with a wage range of $19.50–$22.50 per hour. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays and must be flexible to meet business needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience, including leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
