About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Stonestown Galleria store. The Key Holder opens and closes the store according to company policies and procedures and leads the store team as part of management. The role supports customers, sales transactions, inventory, merchandising, store safety and cleanliness, and loss prevention. It also involves training and mentoring associates, collaborating toward team goals, and maintaining a professional, respectful presence that motivates others.

This is a part-time hourly paid position with a wage range of $20.67–$23.67 per hour.

Requirements

• Experience in retail; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
