About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a full-time Key Holder at its Glendale Galleria store. The role is part of store management and combines opening and closing the store, leading the team, delivering customer service, processing transactions, supporting merchandising and inventory, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. The Key Holder also helps train and mentor associates and is expected to interact respectfully and professionally with customers, managers, and peers while motivating the team. The position is full-time, hourly paid, with a wage range of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as part of a team.
• Professional and respectful conduct with customers, managers, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead the store team as part of management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control, restocking, and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report unusual activity.
• Engage professionally and respectfully with store teams and customers.
• Train and mentor new associates as needed.
• Collaborate and work as a team toward common goals.
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others.
