Part Time Key Holder - Cotton On Freehold Mega
About The Position
Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Freehold Mega store. The role is part of store management and involves opening and closing the store, leading team members, delivering customer service, supporting store operations, and helping maintain a safe and well-presented retail environment. The position is hourly paid, with a stated wage range of $19.13–$22.13 per hour. The successful candidate will contribute to team performance, support and mentor associates, and represent the business professionally and respectfully when working with customers, managers, and peers. The schedule is flexible to meet business needs and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The role requires moving around the store and regularly handling merchandise and store equipment, including lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
- Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience, including leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
- Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
