Part Time Key Holder - Cotton On Kids Deptford Mall
About The Position
Cotton On Kids is hiring a part-time Key Holder at the Deptford Mall. The Key Holder helps lead store operations as part of the management team, opens and closes the store according to company procedures, and supports customers and associates. The role includes sales transactions, inventory and merchandising tasks, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting loss prevention. The Key Holder also helps train and mentor new associates and contributes to a respectful, collaborative, motivating team environment. Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate to drive results as a team.
- Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.

- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
