About The Position

Cotton On Kids is hiring a part-time Key Holder at Baybrook Mall. The Key Holder opens and closes the store, helps lead the store team as part of management, and contributes to customer service, sales transactions, inventory, merchandising, store cleanliness and safety, and loss prevention. The role also includes training and mentoring associates as needed and maintaining a professional, respectful, collaborative presence that motivates the team.

This is a part-time, hourly-paid position in Texas, with a wage range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. The role requires moving around the store, lifting and handling merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, squatting or kneeling, and safely using ladders or step stools.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience involving leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to squat or kneel regularly.
• Ability to use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform safely.
