About The Position
Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder at its Willowbrook Mall location in New Jersey. The Key Holder is part of store management and is responsible for opening and closing the store, leading the team, and supporting day-to-day store operations. The role includes providing customer service, processing sales, assisting with inventory and merchandising, maintaining store standards, supporting loss prevention, and training associates. Requirements
- Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team to drive results.
- Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience, including leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
- Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
- Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.

Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
