About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its Woodlands location. The role is part of the store management team and involves opening and closing the store, leading team members, delivering customer service, processing transactions, supporting inventory and merchandising, maintaining store standards, and contributing to loss prevention. The Key Holder also helps train and mentor associates and is expected to communicate and work collaboratively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

The position requires retail and retail leadership experience, an understanding of basic retail principles, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. It is a part-time, hourly paid position in Texas, with a wage range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Physical requirements include moving around the store, regularly handling loads up to 50 pounds, squatting or kneeling, and safely using ladders, step stools, or raised platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in retail; fast fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and service delivery in stores.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of acting retail leadership or management experience that included leading aspects of the business and developing team members.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform to complete required tasks.
