About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Cotton On Kids store, including building a positive and inclusive culture and leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve sales and key performance indicator targets. The role also supports long-term business growth in line with the company vision, core values, policies, and procedures.

The position requires retail leadership, a passion for fashion and trends, and the ability to interpret business results and drive sales, stock management, service delivery, and visual merchandising standards. The manager must work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and be able to perform the physical tasks associated with working in a retail store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail management experience; fast fashion experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of proven experience leading, inspiring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated results and business acumen in interpreting, analyzing, and driving sales, stock, and service delivery.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising practices, including executing visual merchandising directives and standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
