About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Store Manager leads the team, maintains customer satisfaction, and keeps daily business operations running smoothly while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and holding staff accountable, and helping team members develop their leadership skills. The Store Manager also supports business growth and profitability by using established tools to promote guest satisfaction, managing sales and customer service, and planning and tracking budget forecasts. The position offers competitive salary and multiple bonus platforms, with potential earnings up to $100,000 per year. The work schedule includes a mix of day, evening shifts ending by 8 p.m., and weekends.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Relevant sales and customer service experience.
Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
Professional presentation.
