About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Miami, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team, maintains customer satisfaction, and keeps day-to-day store operations running smoothly while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, providing coaching and constructive feedback, holding staff accountable, and helping employees develop their leadership skills. The manager also supports business growth and profitability through sales and customer service, uses tools to promote guest satisfaction, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models. The position offers a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms, with earnings up to $100,000 a year, along with paid vacation and other benefits.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
• Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
