About The Position

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations, support and develop employees, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive the store’s continued success. The Store Manager leads and manages store operations, including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service. The position also involves developing employees, supporting the team as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and inviting store while ensuring company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Requirements

Previous retail management or leadership experience.
A strong commitment to excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Liquor store and/or food service experience is desired.
Previous experience as a Store Manager is preferred but not required.
