About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Store Manager leads the store team, keeps customers and employees satisfied, and ensures daily operations run smoothly while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and holding them accountable, and helping them develop their leadership skills. The manager also supports business growth and profitability using established tools, plans and tracks budget forecasts, and identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement. Shifts include a mix of days, evenings ending by 8 p.m., and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Self-motivated, with strong sales skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and delegate effectively.
• Able to make customer service a priority and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Professional presentation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an organized, detail-oriented approach.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
