About The Position

The Store Manager manages a Mirabito convenience store, supported by company training and resources. The role focuses on customer service, staffing and training, compliance, store performance, employee evaluation, and community relationships. The position is full-time and is listed as exempt and non-exempt; the posting also describes the pay as salary/non-exempt hourly. The hourly rate is $20.00–$23.00.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to use retail technology.
Reliable transportation to and from work and the ability to be reached by telephone.
Flexibility to accommodate sudden schedule changes in an emergency.
Ability to enter and work in a cooler at 30 degrees for up to 30 minutes at a time.
High school diploma or GED, or experience in retail and management.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.
Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail, restaurant, or food service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strong customer service through a well-trained staff and product availability.
Develop and maintain fully staffed stores with trained management team members and sales associates.
Comply with Mirabito programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve store goals profitably.
Observe and evaluate employee job performance against mission-critical goals.
Build positive community relationships that support development and store success.
Take responsibility for special programs or assignments as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures in handbooks and manuals.
Adhere to company, city, county, and state tobacco and alcohol regulations.
