About The Position
Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented store environment and deliver an excellent customer experience. The manager oversees talent development, inspires and coaches associates, and ensures customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role also oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, manage inventory, and keep the store looking its best. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring associates follow safety and security procedures and Company policies to protect customers, staff, and store assets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
Nice To Haves
- Cosmetology license.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent and inspire, coach, and develop store associates.
- Ensure every customer receives an excellent experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Ensure staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies, to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
- Ensure the store always looks its best.
