About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store focused on hair and beauty products. The manager oversees talent and store operations, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a memorable experience and solutions tailored to their hair and beauty needs. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies, and maintains the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities that include prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
