About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store, creates a positive customer experience, and develops and motivates associates. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. The manager ensures customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs, that the store is well maintained, and that staff follow safety and security procedures and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The role requires extended periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
