About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a memorable experience and customized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through oversight of store operations, budgets, expenses, sales growth, and inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
