About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented beauty retail environment, manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a memorable experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also includes protecting customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety, security, and company procedures, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to meet physical demands that include prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
