About The Position

The Store Manager leads a team-oriented retail store focused on helping customers find hair and beauty products and solutions. The role manages talent, inspires and develops associates, and ensures customers receive a positive, personalized experience. The Store Manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
