About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate and talented Store Manager to lead their team and drive success in the beauty industry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience. You will oversee all store operations, focusing on budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. Additionally, you will ensure the safety and security of customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety rules, security procedures, and company policies. Maintaining the store's appearance is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
1 year of previous sales management experience.
Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Passion for all things hair and beauty!
Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
Requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
Involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.

Nice To Haves

Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.

Responsibilities
