About The Position

Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Miami Gardens, Florida. The Store Manager leads the store team, supports customer satisfaction, and oversees day-to-day business operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training employees, coaching and holding team members accountable, and developing their leadership skills. The manager also supports business growth and profitability using established tools, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and looks for opportunities to improve the business. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and earnings up to $100,000 a year.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, leadership, communication, interpersonal, organization, and detail-oriented skills.
• Be able to work under pressure, delegate, and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
• Present yourself professionally and have an interest in the automotive industry.
