About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. The manager oversees the customer experience, employee experience, and daily business operations, while representing the company’s mission of creating customers for life through fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role leads by example and helps make the store an enjoyable place to work. The Store Manager hires and trains team members, develops staff, provides constructive feedback and coaching, holds employees accountable, and supports their leadership growth. The manager also promotes guest satisfaction and profitability using established tools, plans and tracks budget forecasting models, and helps drive innovation and business success. Compensation is described as competitive, with multiple bonus platforms and potential earnings up to $100,000 per year.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and excellent sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
